Payment
We use the services of payment provider Mollie. You can safely pay using the following payment methods:
iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius Direct Net, Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express), PayPal, Klarna, EPS, Przelewy24 (P24), Trustly, Satispay, Bancomat Pay and Apple Pay.
All payments are securely processed through our payment provider.
Additional charges may apply for Klarna.
Taxes and duties
We are based in the Netherlands and collect applicable sales tax for all sales within the European Union. The correct VAT rate is applied based on your address during checkout.
If you are located outside the EU (including the UK), we do not charge VAT. However, you may be required to pay import duties and/or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are outside our control.
We always declare the actual contents and value of each shipment and cannot accommodate requests to undervalue or relabel shipments.

Transit times
Orders that are in stock and placed before 16:00 (CET) are usually shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
In most cases, same-day shipment is possible. If not, we guarantee shipment within 24 hours. Delivery times depend on your location.
